She recalled the moment she was caught unawares when her daughter Ava, 14, swallowed in calamari while on vacation four years ago, and when Hero, 11, stabbed a plastic star in her throat when she was 18 months old.
Excerpts from the book were published in The Sun prior to release, with the singer outlining the importance of basic survival skills in the text.
She wrote: ‘A few years ago we were relaxing on holiday and my defenses were down, so when Ava started choking on calamari, I did not realize it right away.
